BEAMWORKS FOR KIDS

A BEAMworks children's workshop can be adapted to suit everyone, as everything can be set to be controlled through one simple movement. Children as young as two can be engaged in the activity.

Workshops can be developed around particular themes or story telling. A number of projects have been developed ranging from sealife themes ‘a whale of a time’ or naming animals and instruments in ‘jungle music’. Sensors and switches can be adapted to be more tactile or embedded into fluffy pillows or toys to encourge interaction.

All tutors have degrees, CRB disclosure and public liability insurance; specific references can be obtained for each type of workshop on request, or one is available as a PDF here.
